Overall, it is estimated that one site development for HOLD has the potential to deliver the following economic benefits to the local community: > 200+ (FTE) jobs secured through SME businesses using the self-storage facility. >An estimated 130+ jobs on-site during the construction period. > Up to £19 million per annum of GVA attributable to the site. >An estimated £10.7 million of gross value added (GVA) generated during the construction period.
