Move In Truck Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- Only on pre-pay contracts of 6 months+
- Only on units of 50 sq ft or larger
- Bigger units unlock more van & man credit (see table below)
Credit Details:
- Your free credit can only be used with HOLD's affiliated Man & Van provider. It does not apply to any other supplier as the terms have been agreed with our own trusted local supplier.
- Removal services must originate within a 3-mile radius of our King’s Cross store.
- Customers are responsible for any costs exceeding the credited amount, which they will have to pay to the van & man company directly.
- 50 sq ft = £144 free credit
- 60 sq ft = £144 free credit
- 70 sq ft = £216 free credit
- 80 sq ft = £216 free credit
- 90 sq ft = £288 free credit
- 100 sq ft = £288 free credit
Usage:
- Credit can only be utilized with HOLD King's Cross
- Credit will only be released when the pre-pay contract with HOLD is signed.
- Additional charges may apply for larger vans or extended service times and must be settled directly with the service provider.
Booking Process:
- Upon reserving a pre-pay unit:
- Customer details will be communicated to HOLD's Man & Van partner to facilitate service booking.
- Customers will receive the Man & Van contact details along with a credit note and relevant terms to arrange their move.
Payment:
- HOLD will directly compensate the Man & Van partner for the redeemed credits.
- Any additional costs incurred during the move will be directly payable to the Man & Van partner by the customer at the time of service.
