How will I be able to get to the Croydon site?

Located at Lombard Roundabout in Croydon, our facility sits at the intersection of the A236 and A213, making it easily accessible by road. We'll provide 11 parking spaces including accessible bays and electric vehicle charging points. Cyclists will find 16 secure bicycle spaces, and all customers can use our three dedicated unloading bays with direct lift access.

What security measures does HOLD have for storage units?

HOLD has advanced security measures that protect for our customers' business assets. These include: 24-hour CCTV Burglar alarms Regular checks Personal pin codes Individually alarmed units Fire detection systems These features not only provide peace of mind, but also protect your business assets from potential threats.

When can I access my HOLD storage unit?

All HOLD's storage units are accessible 24/7. However, to use the 24-hour access, you must first contact reception during office hours to have your PIN enabled for out-of-hours entry.

The initial 2,043 square meters of space is just the beginning - we've future-proofed our building to grow to 9,644 square meters through additional mezzanine floors, ensuring we can adapt as our community's needs evolve.

Along the northern frontage, you'll find our innovative workpods and creative spaces, specifically designed for local residents, small businesses, and startups.

It will secure up to 344 permanent jobs through the small and medium businesses using our facility, generate £19.6 million annually for the local economy, and contribute over £261,000 in yearly business rates. During construction, we'll create an additional 133 jobs, adding £12.7 million to the local economy.
